Listen before launching

Instead of immediately creating an internal communication campaign, we first spoke to both employees and management.

The objective was to understand:

What employees were experiencing versus what management believed employees were experiencing.

Based on those discussions, we developed initiatives designed to bridge those gaps.

Bridge the experience gap

Employees

Understand their lived experience.

Management

Understand how leaders perceived that experience.

Shared direction

Develop initiatives to bridge the gaps.

The work

The work included:

  • Employee engagement programmes
  • Internal communication
  • Employer branding
  • Employee stories
  • CSR initiatives
  • Articles and content
  • Campus drives
  • Recruitment campaigns
  • College partnerships
  • Seminars
  • Workshops
  • Leadership interaction with students
  • Talent-community engagement

Connect with future talent

Senior team members were also involved in college programmes, workshops and seminars.

The objective was to improve Prochant’s visibility among potential employees and gradually build a reputation as an organisation people would consider joining.

One connected strategy
